At Kretchmer Legacy Works, every plaque is handcrafted and custom-made to order based on the information you provide at checkout. Because each piece is uniquely made for you, we are unable to accept returns.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review all order details — including mission name, dates, area information, and any custom text — before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
We stand behind the accuracy of our work. If the product you receive does not match the information you provided at checkout, we will make it right.
You may request an exchange if:
• The plaque contains details that differ from the information submitted during checkout (e.g., incorrect mission name, wrong dates, or inaccurate location labels).
To initiate an exchange request:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item received.
3. Indicate which details do not match your original order submission.
Once we verify the discrepancy, we will remake and ship a corrected plaque at no additional cost to you.
Please note: Exchanges are not available for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer at checkout. We produce exactly what is submitted — please double-check your details before placing your order.
